Motorhome Hire Terms & Conditions
We strive to constantly deliver a high quality service with the aim for your Motorhome to be ready, fully equipped and spotlessly clean for your collection. Reading, understanding and applying these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, will minimise distress if unforeseen incidents occur and provide consideration for the next hirer.
All drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 75. All drivers must have held a Full UK licence for a minimum of 2 years. We are unable to hire to certain occupations; please check before booking. We will also need to undertake a DVLA check of your licence. To enable us to do this, at the time of booking we will require either a DVLA check code or your national insurance number.
Comprehensive insurance is provided for one driver as part of the hire agreement & whilst travelling within the UK. There is a £750 excess which must be paid by the hirer following any incident where an insurance claim is made. Additional drivers can be added at an extra cost of £50 per week. Should you wish to travel outside of the UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man are classed as UK travel) there is an additional charge of £50 per booking. This insurance cover does not include cover for personal belongings. We recommend arranging personal belongings cover for the duration of your holiday.
