Update 14th May – Coronavirus (Covid-19) Customer Communication

Following recent announcements from the Government, we remain closed to the public.

We are working behind the scenes to put plans into place for when we are allowed to reopen. Protective screens have been installed in customer facing areas, and within offices. Sanitising stations have been erected for customer and staff use. We will also have in place procedures which will be communicated to customers in due course.

Whilst we remain closed at this time, emails are being monitored by a member of staff. Should you have any sales, shop or service enquiries, we would ask that you send an email to admin@yorkshirecoastcaravans.co.uk and someone will get back to you.

We are also working on the best way to get services booked in as soon as we are able to, and would ask that customers bear with us whilst we work out a plan for rescheduling service bookings which could not take place during our forced closure.

We would like to thank customers for their support and understanding in this most bizarre situation, and would like to assure customers, we are doing everything in our power to ensure that we operate a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
